Mandya Railway Station (codenamed MYA) is one of the suburban stations in the Maddur taluk, Mandya district, Karnataka. The station is near to Mysore Junction and is the halt for over 20 express trains on the Mysore-Bangalore railway line. There are express and super-fast trains that cross Mandya station daily to major cities like Bangalore, Tirupathi, Chennai, Ajmer, Tuticorn, and Sai Shirdi. The station is controlled administratively by Bangalore division under South Western Railways Zone of Indian Railways. Mandya railway station is located at 20 Kilometres from Maddur station, 44 Kilometres from Mysore Junction, and 93 Kilometres from Bangalore City Junction.

Bangalore East Railway Station (station code BNCE) is on the Bangalore-Chennai route of the South Western Railway in the Bangalore division. The station has two platforms and at least 30 trains stop there every day. Kolar is a town in Kolar district in the state of Karnataka and is headquarter of Kolar district located in the southern areas off the state. The district is surrounded by the Bangalore rural from the west and Chikballapur from north and Andhra Pradesh from the east. Mangolpuri is a neighbourhood located in north-western area of Delhi state and lies on the Rohtak road.
