Then fresh fruits and dry fruits are used for garnishing. During summer, one adds mango pulps to give it more flavors and serves it cold.
Puran Poli: This dish looks and tastes like a stuffed bread. Made of jaggery, flour, ghee, cardamom dust and yellow gram, this stuffed bread is a very popular sweet dish here. This sweet dish is mainly prepared during the time of festivals and is offered to the God and then served as Prasad.
Most of the dishes served here in Bhusawal are vegetarian by nature. This is because most of the local people are vegetarian.
