How do I cancel my order?

My train is late. Can I receive my order?
We always follow the status of your train to make sure we don’t lose your order. However, if your train is delayed by more than 2 hours, one of our representatives will call you to confirm if you still want your order. If the train arrives at your station outside our service hours, that is, between 7 am. and 10 pm., your order will be automatically cancelled. You will be informed that your order has been canceled and the refund process will begin if you paid online.
When can I get a refund for canceled orders?
If you cancel your order 24 hours prior to delivery time, the balance of the order will be credited to the original payment option within 5-7 business days after you cancel your order and fee will be deducted and the balance of the order will be refunded to you.
I booked 5 tickets for the PNR. But only 3 of them are confirmed. Can I order food in this case?
