Overview of Devanahalli Railway Station

Devanahalli is a municipal town 40 km north-east of Bangalore. Bangalore International Airport is located about four km from Devanahalli and it also has IT parks near the airport. An aerospace park, Science Park, and a 1000-crore financial city are coming up at Devanahalli. It is close to the 12,000-acre IT investment region. Devanahalli Railway Station (station code DHL) is in the Bangalore division of South Western Railways. It is a local station of Bangalore City. It has one platform and five trains operate from it every day.

Overview of Anekal Road Railway Sation

Anekal Road Railway Station (codenamed AEK) is located in Krishnagiri district of Karnataka, India. The station falls under the Hosur taluk and is the suburban halt for the trains on the Chennai- Bangalore railway line. There are express and super-fast trains that cross Anekal Road railway station daily from cities like Chennai, Kakinada, Salem, and others. The station falls under the administrative control of Bangalore division under South Western Railways Zone of Indian Railways. Anekal Road railway station is located at 14 Kilometres from Hosur station, 38 Kilometres from Bangalore East, and 45 Kilometres from Bangalore City Junction.

There is no halt for express trains at this station and serves a regional hub for all the passenger needs in Krishnagiri district.
